If you're not satisfied with our work, we refund 100% of the package fee you paid to Digital GeniX.

What the refund covers

• The monthly package fee paid to Digital GeniX.
• Advertising budgets are paid directly to Meta, Google, TikTok or Telegram in USD. They are not part of our fee, so they are not refunded by us.

How to ask for a refund

• Call +880 1303-228866 or tell your account manager, and mention the invoice number.
• Online payments are refunded to the original payment method through SSLCommerz.
