The service

Digital GeniX, a subsidiary of PENTAMART Ltd., provides digital marketing services in monthly packages. What each package includes is listed on the packages page and in your invoice.

Fees and payment

• Package fees are in Bangladeshi Taka and billed monthly by invoice.
• Advertising budgets (ad spend) are separate, in USD, and paid to the advertising platforms.
• Invoices can be paid online through SSLCommerz (card, bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or as agreed with your account manager.

Your dashboard

• You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time SMS code. Keep your phone secure; anyone with your code can open your dashboard.
• Campaign figures are added by our team from the advertising platforms and may be updated as the platforms finalise their numbers.
